3. Do I need to pay duty tax?

4. What happens If my package got seized by custom?

If the shipping company tells you they need some information about the package, please contact with us first, we will offer you the information that they need to help the package go through. If the custom staff says your packeage is already destroyed, no worries, they still want to tax you. However if it really happens, we will offer you a 50% discount code and you can buy again, we will take the QC video for you again and send it via FedEx.
